Every product in my shop is lovingly created, packaged, and shipped with care. As a small business, I truly appreciate your support and want you to feel good about your order. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy below before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and limited nature of my products (including original artwork, art prints, and stickers), all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I understand that sometimes a package may arrive damaged. If your item(s) arrive damaged, you recieve the wrong product, or an item is missing, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, here.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in
- A brief description of the problem
If the damage occured during shipping, I may be able to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
Once an item has shipped, I no longer have control over it. I can't issue refunds for packages lost by postal services, but I'll do my best to assist you in filing a claim and/or locating your order. If those efforts don't produce results, I would be willing to discuss other refund or replacement options - but these steps must be taken first.
